We, Besh Qozon – Osh Markazi, have been operating since 2001, and during this time, we have successfully served over a million visitors. We have become a popular destination not only for the residents of the capital but also for its guests!
As the name suggests, our center specializes in osh (pilaf). Here, it is prepared in a large cast-iron cauldron by the city's best chefs using a traditional Uzbek recipe. We also offer a variety of salads, freshly baked bread, drinks, and teas to accompany our osh.
